From the festive lights and excitement of Paradise Pier to the imaginative depiction of Radiator Springs in Cars Land, Disney California Adventure in Anaheim, California is a visual playground and escape from the ordinary in every sense.

Add a few more lights, snowflakes, and gleeful singers and suddenly everyone, young and old alike, becomes a bit more wide-eyed and innocent. There's a steady stream of cheer and merriment spilling over from Disneyland next door, not that there's any missing here. With the holidays in full swing, celebrations around every corner in the park are to be expected. Disney California Adventure at Christmas really is nothing short of magical.
Completed in 1915, the Bay Street Armoury in Victoria, British Columbia is a national historic site and symbol of Canada's military expansion and participation in the early 20th century. Between 1896 and 1918 over 100 drill halls and armouries were constructed across the country, and at the time of its completion this was one of the largest. Still in active use, units stationed at the Bay Street Armoury include the 89th Royal Canadian Air Cadet Squadron, the 5th Field Artillery Regiment, and the Canadian Scottish Regiment.
