Abandoned Barn in Southern Alberta
While filming in the Canadian Badlands this summer there were a number of memorable visual highlights throughout Alberta over the course of the project. One of which was this abandoned barn we stumbled upon in the middle of the prairie. It reminded me of the numerous grain elevators I photographed in Saskatchewan a few years ago. However brief the stop, this prairie landmark seemed a worthy addition to my Around Alberta series.

Canada Pavilion | Epcot World Showcase
Canada is one of the 11 countries represented in World Showcase within Epcot at Walt Disney World in Florida. Featuring totem poles, lumberjacks, and a mountain waterfall, nature plays a large role in the overall theme of the pavilion.
The two largest components of the Canada Pavilion at Epcot are the Hotel du Canada (modeled after the Chateau Laurier in Ottawa, Ontario) and the Victoria Gardens (modeled after the Butchart Gardens in Victoria, British Columbia).
